1. Description of Service

Email-Slicer is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help users upload original email designs, process and slice those designs, generate HTML templates, and export the output to third-party platforms (such as Klaviyo) via API integrations.

2. Acceptable Use and Data Restrictions

Email-Slicer is a design workflow, automation, and template-generation platform. You agree to use the Service and related integrations for legitimate business purposes connected to the normal design-to-template workflow and related team operations.

You must not intentionally use Email-Slicer as a repository, transfer mechanism, or processing system for subscriber databases, marketing contact lists, CRM records, behavioral profiles, or other end-customer personal data unrelated to the normal design-to-template workflow. You are responsible for configuring third-party integrations correctly and for avoiding the transmission of restricted, unnecessary, or unrelated personal data through Email-Slicer.

3. Third-Party Services and API Integrations

Our Service allows you to connect and export content to third-party platforms, such as Klaviyo (“Third-Party Services”).

• You acknowledge that Email-Slicer does not control these Third-Party Services.
• Email-Slicer is not responsible for any downtime, API changes, rate limits, or deprecations implemented by Third-Party Services that may affect the export functionality of our platform.
• If a Third-Party Service rejects your exported HTML or images, or if their API becomes unavailable, Email-Slicer shall not be held liable for any resulting delays, lost revenue, or operational disruptions.

4. Service Availability

Email-Slicer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. The Service may experience downtime, scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, infrastructure issues, API limitations, internet failures, or disruptions caused by third-party providers.

5. Beta and Experimental Features

Some features may be identified as beta, preview, experimental, or early access features. These features may change, fail, be incomplete, produce unexpected results, or be discontinued at any time without liability.

6. AI-Generated and Automated Output

Email-Slicer may provide AI-generated or automated outputs, including alt text, HTML suggestions, layout analysis, OCR results, classifications, recommendations, and related workflow assistance. These outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or formatting issues and must be reviewed by you before production use.

Email-Slicer provides automated image processing, content extraction, AI-assisted analysis, template generation, and related tools designed to assist you in creating email marketing assets. Because these processes rely on automated systems and artificial intelligence, generated outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, formatting issues, incorrect links, incorrect text, or other errors.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, approving, and validating all generated content, templates, assets, links, and campaign materials before publishing, exporting, uploading, distributing, or sending them to recipients. If you publish, export, upload, distribute, or send generated content, you are responsible for that final output as reviewed and approved by you.

Email-Slicer does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, deliverability, or suitability of any generated output and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, is not responsible for losses, damages, claims, regulatory issues, marketing performance issues, or other consequences resulting from your use, publication, distribution, or transmission of generated content.

7. Output Quality and Email Client Rendering

Email-Slicer generates standard HTML and CSS intended for email campaigns. However, email client rendering engines (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, Yahoo) vary significantly and frequently update their rendering rules.

• We do not guarantee that the generated HTML will display identically or flawlessly across all email clients, browsers, or devices.
• It is your sole responsibility to test the exported HTML templates in your preferred environments before sending them to your live audience. Email-Slicer is not liable for formatting issues, broken layouts, or negative campaign results caused by email client rendering inconsistencies.

8. User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the original designs, images, and content you upload to Email-Slicer. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and modify your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Our Intellectual Property

Bazzino Consulting Group LLC retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Email-Slicer platform, its underlying code, generated workflow algorithms, slicing technology, branding, and all related intellectual property.

9. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Billing

Access to certain features of Email-Slicer requires a paid subscription. By providing a payment method, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor, e.g., Stripe) to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis.

Refunds

Because Email-Slicer provides an immediate, computationally intensive service (processing and slicing designs), all payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms (including the Acceptable Use and Data Restrictions clause), engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay subscription fees.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Bazzino Consulting Group LLC disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bazzino Consulting Group LLC, its founders, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami, Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this document or by sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Anti-Spam and Unsolicited Communications Policy

Email-Slicer prohibits the promotion or advertising of email-slicer.com through unsolicited bulk email, spam, deceptive messaging, or unauthorized promotional communications.

This prohibition applies to Email-Slicer, its employees, contractors, affiliates, marketing partners, and any third parties acting on its behalf.

Email-Slicer sends transactional and service-related communications to registered users, including account verification, invitations, and account notifications.

Marketing communications must comply with applicable laws, recipient permissions, and unsubscribe requirements.

Email-Slicer maintains procedures to honor unsubscribe requests and suppress recipients who have opted out of marketing communications.

Any suspected violation of this policy may be reported to info@email-slicer.com. Email-Slicer will investigate reports and take appropriate corrective action.
